- Extended Service: If your job requires additional time due to complications that require additional attention, You will be informed and shown the issue. A rate is agreed if you decide to proceed
- No Surprises: We’ll always discuss with you beforehand if we anticipate the job taking longer than an anticipated, so you’re fully informed and can decide how you’d like to proceed.
Example: A typical kitchen sink blockage is cleared within the first hour. However, for more complex issues like broken or damaged pipes or Root ingress may require more time. we’ll provide a time estimate during our initial assessment.

How much do you charge for unblocking a drain?
Our transparent pricing issued during our initial phone consultation ensures you receive top-quality service without any surprises. The rates Agreed are fixed, guaranteeing you can trust in the value you receive. While our prices are competitive, we prioritize delivering a personalized and professional service, with your satisfaction and well-being as our core commitment. Depending on your individual circumstances you could pay from £60 - £200 (£200 being our cap for any blocked drain) On average £120 is the cost for most drains that are Cleared

Is there a call-out fee for drain unblocking services?
For out-of-hours emergency services, we apply a nominal additional fee of £50 to our standard rates with the exception that OAPs are exempt . This fee is a reflection of the immediate response and priority service we provide, ensuring that your urgent needs are met promptly, regardless of the hour. We value your peace of mind, and this fee helps us maintain readiness to serve you at a moment’s notice, any time you need us.

Our standard practice is to charge by the hour, providing flexibility to adapt to the unique challenges each job may present. While we can arrange a day rate for planned services, hourly billing ensures fairness for both parties, as the nature of drain unblocking can be unpredictable. This estimate draws on our extensive experience with similar cases. While we cannot set a fixed price over the phone, we can arrange a daily rate tailored to the specific requirements of your task.

What payment methods do you accept for your services?
We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience, including Cash, Card, and BACS transfers via invoice. While many customers opt to pay with Cash or Card upon completion of the service, we also provide invoicing for those who prefer it for their records. Our invoicing terms require payment within 3 days, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all.

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on your work?
In the rare event that a blockage recurs after our service, we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. Our team will conduct a thorough CCTV inspection to determine the cause and propose any necessary solutions. We stand by our work with a 3-month guarantee, ensuring any oversight on our part is rectified promptly. Should a revisit reveal that the new blockage results from customer negligence, we will transparently discuss the findings and apply our standard rates for resolution.
